ADMET specializes in laser cutting of metal sheets.

The main advantage of of laser cutting is the possibility to receive any desired shape. At the same time it is highly accurate and allows to repeat process of cutting many times. The quality of processed surface as well as speed of implementing new products and changes are additional advantages of this technique. Laser cutting method allows both individual and mass production with optimal material usage.

We use AMADA Laser and offer sheet metal cutting:

• Sheet thickness gauge for constructional steel up to 12 mm

We have CNC press brakes.

•  We offer bending and cornicing of sheet metal at various angles.
• Thanks to the latest software and digital  control we achieve 100% repeatability of elements.
• The press brake enables us to bend sheet metal 3000 mm wide and up to 6 mm thick.
• Perfect linkage between laser cutting and CNC bending processes.

We execute various orders, long and short batches, every type of bending, simple and complicated.

Welding:

• We have stands equipped with semi-automatic MIG/MAG and TIG used for metal protective gas welding.
• We weld ordinary, stainless steel and aluminium.
• We also have spot welders.
• Our qualified and experienced workers ensure good quality of produced elements.

We employ highly trained welders, who will accept any challenge. We precisely weld small and large details. The welded region is protected by inert or semi-inert gas known as shielding gas. We mainly weld using MIG/MAG nad TIG methods.

POWDER PAINTING

Powder painting offers the fastest growing finishing technology for steel and aluminium components. Its profound rate is due to its economic and environmental advantages over liquid paint and at the same time providing a superior finish.
